This policy explains our stance on cancelling paid assessments, Deep Dives, and consultation bookings on the Wellora platform.
Once you pay the assessment fee, reassessment fee, or a Deep Dive fee, your 30-day assessment window is unlocked immediately and cannot be cancelled. There is no "cooling-off" period for digital assessments, since the underlying questionnaire and report generation begin as soon as access is granted.
Once a consultation request is submitted and payment is confirmed, the booking is passed to our team for specialist assignment and scheduling. You may not cancel a confirmed booking for a refund (see our Refund Policy). If you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, contact us as early as possible — rescheduling is handled on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed, particularly close to the appointment time.
You may leave a payment incomplete or close the checkout window at any point before payment is confirmed by Razorpay — no charge is made and no booking is created until payment succeeds. Abandoning an unpaid checkout requires no action from you and is not considered a "cancellation" under this policy.
Wellora does not currently charge any recurring or subscription fees. Every assessment, Deep Dive, and consultation payment is a one-time, standalone charge, so there is nothing to "cancel" in the subscription sense.
See our Refund Policy for what happens to fees already paid, and our Account Deletion page if you wish to close your account entirely.
